Start of Construction Work

UAB "Pakruojo vėjas" is beginning construction work on a wind farm consisting of 7 wind turbines. The general contractor is UAB "Stiemo," and the wind turbines will be supplied by the German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex. Work—including the construction of roads and access roads, maintenance of drainage systems, and the laying of cable routes—will begin in mid-July of this year, with preparatory work starting on July 8. The installation of reinforced concrete foundations for the wind turbines is scheduled for August through October. Plans and progress regarding these and other works will be announced separately.
